- the machine has 2 replaceable heads, which are fixed to the shaft. In turn, up to 5 saws can be installed on each of the heads, the total number is 10 pcs. You do not need to open the machine shaft cover or remove the gaskets. Removable heads are “charged” with saws of the required size in a place convenient for you. This makes it easier to change tools and increases the speed of changing the machine to other sizes.

- the machine has one “floating saw” which can be installed in 4 positions. The position dimensions of the moving saw can be changed using the built-in controller; the changing width of the carriage goes not to the slab, but to the edged board. A huge advantage of this moving saw is that the size of the output board (end board) can be changed without stopping the machine, which increases the useful yield of the finished product.

- the machine has a built-in hydraulic clamping of the workpiece, quick change of the required size of the carriage, sawing of the workpiece without displacement.

- three pressure rollers with claws at the entrance and three at the exit.

-the machine is equipped with a controller that monitors all processes in the machine: resizing, emergency situations, control of electric motor currents and material feed speed (automatic adjustment of sawing speed).

- a switchboard was installed to maintain the required temperature of the automation (electrical cabinet heating).
